Glamal receive new OHSE accreditations from LRQA
Glamal Engineering Limited is proud to announce that, following two years of hard work by all members of staff at its Billingham, Eaglescliffe and Runcorn facilities, our Occupational Health & Safety and Environment Management Systems have been approved by LRQA to BSOHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2004 respectively.
The achievement of certification to these prestigious, internationally recognised standards demonstrates our determination to deliver our key policy commitments which are to:
- Prevent injury or ill-health occurring to any person as a result of our business activities
- Prevent pollution and to minimise the impact of our activities on the environment.
The addition of these two approvals to our existing ISO 9001:2008 quality approval further consolidates Glamal’s position as a market leading distributor of piping products.
